Step by step

Use Jewel of Soul on the item for the +7 to +9 stages; inspect the item after each attempt.

For +10 or higher, open the Chaos Goblin's item upgrade combination in Noria.

Place the item and exact jewel count requested for the next level.

Read the displayed success rate, failure result and protection options before confirming.
What makes the difference
The official basic recipe adds one Bless and one Soul per level: +10 uses one each, +15 uses six each, plus one Chaos. The live MU WAR window is authoritative.
