Step by step

Open Gremory Case and inspect the relevant storage tab. A reward for one character may not appear in another character's storage.

Read the expiry of each item and collect the ones you need before their deadlines.

Free the right inventory shape, then select the reward and confirm the claim.
- 04
Inspect the received item before using it. Bound equipment, boxes and timed effects can require different next steps.
What makes the difference
Expired rewards cannot be claimed in the official system. Gremory Case is a delivery box, not a permanent warehouse.
