Step by step

Verify your email and keep access to that mailbox. It is needed for legitimate recovery flows.

In My Account, inspect which MU game accounts are linked. Select the same account in the launcher when you want its character roster.

If a password is forgotten, use the site's recovery flow rather than giving credentials to someone in chat.

When asking support for help, describe the affected account and error without posting passwords, recovery tokens or email verification links.
What makes the difference
A support request never needs your password. Keep login details private even if a message uses MU WAR artwork or a familiar nickname.
