A useful error report
Include what you clicked, the complete error text and whether the problem happens before login or after character selection. Never include your password or verification link.

Check off what you have ready before entering, crafting or changing your build.
Step by step
- 01
Use the official MU WAR download link rather than a client from another server. A visually similar MU client can have incompatible Season 21 files.

Finish installation, open the launcher and let its update process complete. Do not launch the game while files are still being replaced.

Sign in, choose the correct MU game account and start the game through the launcher.

If launch fails, note the exact message, launcher version and the last update step. Restart the launcher once and share those details with support if the issue persists.
What makes the difference
Do not disable security software or download a replacement executable from an unknown chat link. Support can diagnose an exact error more effectively than a screenshot saying only 'it does not work'.
